At The Close

(CLO) - Designed to take advantage of market action accompanying a moment in time. At the close orders may be entered any time prior to the close, but will be held until the final moments of trading.

The actual price at which the order is filled has nothing to do with the final price for the day. Instead the execution is said to be, “within the closing range.”
