NVR, Inc. (NVR) is engaged in the construction and sale of single-family detached homes, townhomes and condominium buildings. To serve customers of its homebuilding operations, it also operates a mortgage banking and title services business. It conducts its homebuilding activities directly. Its mortgage banking operations are operated primarily through a wholly owned subsidiary, NVR Mortgage Finance, Inc. (NVRM). NVR’s homebuilding operations include the construction and sale of single-family detached homes, townhomes and condominium buildings under four trade names: Ryan Homes, NVHomes, Fox Ridge Homes and Rymarc Homes. The Ryan Homes, Fox Ridge Homes and Rymarc Homes products are marketed to first-time homeowners and first-time move-up buyers. The Ryan Homes product is sold in 25 metropolitan areas. The Fox Ridge Homes product is sold in the Nashville, TN metropolitan area and the Rymarc Homes product is sold in the Columbia, SC metropolitan area.
