New York, August 10, 2007 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today began trading Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 9% ELKS Based Upon Exxon Mobile Corp.
Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 6,395,000 Units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EBE and has a maturity date of August 18, 2008.

The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Inc. The Amex specialist unit is Bluefin Specialist, LLC
