Steve Jobs wants you to head to the Apple retail stores this Friday, Oct. 26, to get a hands-on experience with the new Mac OS X v.10.5 Leopard (which he also hopes you’re pre-ordering right now on
www.apple.com).
The operating system update includes 300 new features, with improvements such as a gorgeous purple starry desktop background, the ability to browse your files right in Finder, and Time Machine automatic back-up.
So party on from 6 to 10 p.m. at your nearest Apple store and check out live demos and maybe get a free T-shirt. Man, is Apple hip or what?
