In May 2005, a law firm sued China Digital Media Corporation for spam that contained forged headers that made it look as if the spam originated from the firm's domain. CDGT denied any involvement in the forgery but did acknowledge having hired a 'stock promoter'. iDeceive has a good roundup of the CDGT affair.
