| Charlie Sheppard, working with The Alliance Enterprise Corp, reports that spam runs advertising the company's stock in 2006 were made by unknown third parties without the company's knowledge or approval.
A press release put out in September 2006 states:
The Alliance Enterprise
Corporation ... advises that there has been considerable spam email message traffic to the public which have recommended the purchase of the Company's stock.
Under no circumstances has the Company or any person or group associated with the Company participated or acquiesced with this spam activity. The Company advises that it has not entered into any agreement nor has it paid any party to issue these false emails.
