As of July 14, third-party spammers disseminated an untold number of spam emails promoting the company without the company's knowledge. The company did not send or authorize the spam. Additionally, there are no undisclosed material facts in regard to the company. The company wishes to remind investors that the only reliable sources for information about the company are the company's website ... and recognized industry PR channels. |
